The Lucas War Hero Band plays country,
southern rock and blues music.  They play
a wide selection of covers and original
music.

Influences are Hank Williams Sr.,Jr., III,
George Jones, Johnny Cash,Skynard,
Steve Miller Band, Marshall Tucker Band,
Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, The
Band, The Allman Brothers Band, Hendrix,
Willie Nelson and anyone else that played
hard and lived for music.

The band gets its name from the character
Lucas Jackson in the movie Cool Hand
Luke.

Band members are all from the South
